Details Staffordshire Probation comments on Voice2Voice Services.

In late 2006 Staffordshire Probation Area embarked upon a countywide replacement of its telecoms systems.

Following market research and a tender exercise Voice 2 Voice Ltd were appointed to provide and install a VoIP solution which would not only “future proof” the Area’s telecoms provision but could be installed in a manner which would not interrupt the day to day business operations.

In 2007 Voice 2 Voice Ltd put forward a project plan to complete this work over a three month period which entailed the installation of eight new systems, training of all users, the re-negotiation of line and call charge provision and the training of Head Office staff for ongoing programming and monitoring. Without exception all systems were delivered and installed on time by courteous and professional engineers. Problems beyond the companies control, (mainly with BT), were dealt with without drama and even in most cases without our knowledge. There was no business downtime experienced.

Staffordshire Probation Area now uses Voice 2 Voice very much as a “one stop shop”. As a small Area we neither have the time or the knowledge to deal with telecom issues on a day to day basis and these tasks are performed most successfully by the V2V team whether it is hardware upgrades, line faults or billing queries.

To mark their success I am aware that many other Probation Area’s have procured their services, a testament to their ongoing customer focus and their ability to pass onto us their own friendly expertise and advice.
