It became apparent several years ago that our existing telephone system was not providing the connectivity, features & cost benefits that a modern system could bring. Our business objective became the rationalisation of our disparate offices onto a single network & cost savings. Voice2Voice’s team were able to offer us concise technical & operational advice which enabled us to make an objective decision. We selected them as our preferred supplier after a scoring exercise where they were able to demonstrate their capability to deliver responsive knowledgeable services compared with several other much larger equipment suppliers. We have been a customer of Voice2Voice for approx 3 years. During this time they have provided an excellent service for support & consultation. Their sales & technical services teams have worked in partnership with Notts Probation Service & show a real understanding of the needs of the client rather than a sale completion ‘at any price’ focused objective.

This is a tribute to the company’s ethos given the strong competition in the telephone industry.

Their Helpdesk responds in a timely manner & resolves problems quickly. They are friendly & professional even when faced with reoccurring problems which often turn out to be equipment rather than configuration.
Their technical staff are knowledgeable & proficient when acting in an advisory capacity for current or future developments. I have recommended Voice2Voice to several other Probation Areas who have also voiced their satisfaction with the services & support that V2V provide.
